These Terms of Service govern access to peakling.app and its interactive preview (the “website”). The website is published by Anthony Decat EI, trading as Scoplify (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these terms before using the website. They describe the conditions on which we make it available. If you do not agree, please stop using it. These terms do not replace any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

Peakling is a planning app in development for iOS and Android. This website introduces the project and lets you explore a demonstration with sample goals and tasks. It does not provide a personal planning account, cloud storage, or a live API connection.

The preview is for exploration. Changes you make in it are temporary and are not saved as a personal plan. Reloading or leaving the page may reset them. Do not use the preview as your only record of tasks, deadlines, or other information.

Descriptions, illustrations, integration examples, and screenshots show the current direction of the product. Features, availability, pricing, and launch timing may change. “Coming soon” is not a promise of a particular release date or a reservation.

The website is available without registration or payment. You are responsible for your internet connection, device, and any charges your provider applies. If you are a minor, use the website with the permission and supervision required by the law where you live.

We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the website to fix issues, protect visitors, or improve the preview. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.

You may browse the website and use the preview for lawful purposes. You must not:

Other reproduction, commercial redistribution, or use of our branding requires our permission, except where applicable law or an applicable license allows it.

You keep your rights in feedback you send us. You allow us to use that feedback to evaluate and improve Peakling without an obligation to pay you. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information or authorize us to publish private correspondence.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their operators are responsible for their content and services, and their own terms and privacy notices apply when you visit them.

References to AI assistants, app stores, or other products illustrate intended compatibility. The website does not connect your account to those services or send your demo activity to an AI assistant. A reference to a third-party product does not imply endorsement or a commercial partnership.

Our Privacy Policy explains website request data, temporary browser storage, information you send us, and your rights. Reading or using the website is not consent to optional tracking or marketing.

If you contact us, provide accurate contact details so we can reply. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or information about other people that is not needed for your request.

This website currently sells no products or subscriptions, collects no payment details, and accepts no pre-orders. There is no charge for the preview.

If we introduce paid products, accounts, native app services, or live integrations, we will provide the relevant terms and privacy information before you use or purchase them. Any price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and statutory withdrawal information will be supplied at that time. These website terms do not authorize future charges.
